Twelve years ago I took a sales position in a tile store right out of design school because I needed a job and now here I am; founder of Tile Collective. Becoming a business owner has been the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. My passions are curating the very best collection of materials, growing relationships with our cherished clients, and building and leading my incredible team.
I am so excited to share my passions with you!

With over 15 years in the luxury home design and construction industry, I’ve built and led operations that help design businesses thrive, partnering with manufacturers, architects, designers, and builders to deliver high-end finish materials that are as functional as they are beautiful. My passion lies in creating systems that drive growth, streamline processes, and elevate the client experience. I believe in giving clients back their time, reducing stress, and delivering results with precision and creativity. When I’m not building strategies or refining operations, you’ll find me outdoors, riding my motorcycles along scenic routes, exploring new trails, or taking in the beauty of Southern California. For me, great design is both the destination and the journey, and I aim to make that journey seamless, inspiring, and memorable for every client.

I started in the tile industry right out of design school and quickly fell in love with all things tile. I was born with an entrepreneurial heart, and I spent the better part of the last decade building a business and a family. Now that my daughter is school age, design is calling me back - and I’m right where I belong. With each project, I focus on sharing knowledge and asking thoughtful questions that help clients uncover what they truly want from their space, resulting in designs that feel intentional and deeply personal.
I love to solve problems, explore new materials, and watch clients light up when their vision comes together.
Outside the showroom, I’m a full-time soccer mom and player. I was born and raised in San Diego, where I spend my days with my husband Ian, our daughter Eve - who has more tile opinions than most adults - and our cat Boo.

Project Coordinator
For me, design is all about connection - with people, with spaces and with the little details that make them special. I love listening to what excites my clients and finding creative ways to bring those ideas to life.
As an Arizona native, moving to San Diego has given me a fresh perspective and endless inspiration. I love how the coastal lifestyle blends calm with creativity. It keeps me curious, grounded and grateful every day. Outside of the studio you’ll find me out in the sunshine or trying to find the best rooftop happy hour!

I am a north county san diego local who brings a creative eye and warm, engaging energy to every project. with a background in art and design, i have always been drawn to creativity and the details that make a space truly special.
I believe tile is more than just a material…it is an opportunity to express personal style and elevate a home, my goal is to make the selection process enjoyable, inspiring, and tailored to each client, ensuring every project feels as unique as the people behind it.

I’ve always believed the little details make the biggest impact, whether in customer service or in design. As Project Coordinator at Tile Collective, I channel that same attention to detail into keeping projects organized, on track, and aligned with each client’s vision.
I’m drawn to spaces that feel both inspiring and functional, and I love helping clients bring those visions to life. What matters most to me is ensuring clients feel heard and confident throughout the process. I take pride in creating a seamless, enjoyable experience that reflects both their vision and our team’s expertise.
When I’m not at the studio, you’ll often find me working in my garden, hunting for antiques and unique finds at estate sales, or spending time at the beach.
